I celebrated the 4th of July completing this new apocalyptic mountain landscape while choking on the forest fire smoke engulfing our mountain studio. The title, “Oh Fuck!", is an involuntary verbal response issued by an observer while witnessing what is most probably his final view in life: a catastrophic wave engulfing a majestic peak. The red, white and blue color scheme is also commemorative to our 250th semi quincentennial celebration.
Factoid: “Oh Fuck!" is one of the most common last words spoken by pilots facing their final moments prior to crashing.
