Near the summit of Mount Evans there lies a pristine lake. In this painting I sought to capture the flowing motion of the topography where the melting snows, the massive rocks, and grasses all appear to flow downward, ultimately cascading into the frigid waters where their dappled reflections are scattered across the lake surface,
